hey everyone

this week was a good learning week for me.  I´m not quite sure what it is but i was getting a little bit down and desanimado... (i cant think of a better word)... anyways I know that the best way to cure that is to just suck it up and get to work, which is easier said than done, but thats what im trying to do.  at the moment we lack people to teach, members that want to help, people that want to talk to us, and overall success.  But there is good stuff happening.  i am trying to learn the area better and the people too.  its pretty hard, i decided i dont really liike getting transfered.  Its  like you work super hard to build up the area and just when things start going your way, boom, no time to enjoy the fruits of your labor... anyways, so this week i spent a lot of time praying.  I was also reading in mosiah/alma, when alma the angel came to alma the younger.  He said that he came as an answer to the prayers of his father who had been praying with such faith that the Lord decided to intervene.  its an interesting way to see it that i havent really seen before.  I have always kinda thought that praying for other people to change, and stuff like that was kindof pointless because it is up to them to change.  but god does here these prayers, and because of our faith, our prayers can and will be answered.  So thats what im going to do from now on, pray harder and with more faith.

other than that, nothing exciting happened this week, I got bit by 2 dogs this week.  TWO!!! i haven't been bitten yet until this week.  I also made corn dogs, they don't look good because i just made the dough and dunked a hot dog in and fried it but they taste delicious.  I got the recipe from my old bishop.  I also don't have much time this week, so im sorry i have 2 letters in a row that stink but next week im praying for a miracle that i´ll be able to share with you! :)  oh, apparently its valentines day tomorrow... happy valentines day everyone.  <3

Love you all
