Baptismerlo

I'm having a blast in altos. I love the families that we're teaching! The Ortiz family is really special. We are teaching the Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter, girlfriend of the son, and the grandma. Each one has very different needs that we are trying to teach to. They are all progressing really well. 4 of them have had to stop smoking, but its hardest for the mom and grandma. They have tried several times over the years but nothing has worked for them, but they are completing with their compromisos and seeing the blessings that come. The gospel is changing their lives. Yesterday, the Mom came up to us with her face just beaming. "I haven't smoked for 4 days!" It was such a special moment, the Lord is truly helping them. They are learning how to apply the atonement in their lives. It's amazing seeing the change that the gospel can make in a family. Hard to explain, but they can see it and so can I. The daughter, Nayla, was baptized on Saturday. It was a special experience for the family and helped them realize a little bit more the importance of them keeping the commandments and also being able to take that step. We have 2 other families that are progressing towards baptism.
I'm out of time gtg!
