first off, I got my birthday package! Thank you guys sooo much! I was super surprised too! I still don´t understand why you sent me an empty ipod box, but it was still cool to get. Just kidding, Thanks a bunch, everyone is super jealous of me now which is exactly what i was going for :)
So as i mentioned, Elder Cook came to speak to the missionaries this week. We had it all very well planned well in advance to take the entire mission up in buses we rented up to the north mission where we would have the meeting along with the north mission, south mission, and the entire mtc. What wasn´t planned on was the strikes that happened that day and a million road closures that made it impossible to get there, so about 2 hours before hand, they told us that we were going to have the meeting here in the church that is connected to our mission office. So we were running everywhere frantically trying to get everything for an apostle to come. It was rediculous and a miracle that we were able to get eveything set up. It went relatively smoothley though. I don´t have enough time to adequately describe the experience so i´ll have to do it a little later :/

This week we taught jose luis twice and he is progressing really well. He has lots of questions and sincere desires to find answers, so i know he is and will find them. I´ve only known him for a little bit but i love the man to death. We taught him the restoration very in depthly. He understood very well, and it was great to be able to see the spirit testify to him that what we were saying was true. He is trying to get work off for sunday so we are praying that he can.
