Happy Easter!

Hey family

happy easter!  I just wanted to drop a line and tell you all how much I love you.  Today is the day that we celebrate the atonement and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Christ was the only person that has ever lived that was perfect enough to accomplish such an act.  He had no sin, yet suffered more than any of us could because he loves us.  He suffered for the sins of the entire world and conquered the spiritual death.  He was then crucified and 3 days later, he conquered the physical death.  He now lives as the resurrected and glorified Christ.  Because He lives, we all will live again.  If we accept Him and his atonement, we can be pure.  We can progress and return and be like our Heavenly Father.  We can live together as families for eternity.  I hope that we can all develope a better relationship with him during this time.  

Also General Conference is coming up.  I know how it is, especially for Jake and Siera. But I want everyone to think and pray about some need that you have, some question you have, some answer you hope to receive, or some part of your testimony that needs strengthening.  Then watch conference and actually WATCH it.  Love it.  Get something good out of it!  You will get an answer to that question that you had or that piece of testimony you were looking for.  It´s sooo cool!    

So do that for me and really try to get something out of conference that you need.

Anyway, i´m not sure if all this makes sense cuz i´ve never been so tired in my life.  But I love you all and would sure love to hear from some of you!  Love , Elder Skousen
